  • Chairman, President, CEO, Executive Director, Managing Director, Director
  • Has responsibility for the entire organization - Direct responsibility for middle managers
  • Responsible for planning and strategic planning from a macro perspective
    A middle manager:
  • Department manager, branch manager, and business headquarters manager
  • Responsibility to subordinate managers and coordination by senior managers
  • Detailed planning and management control functions for each department
    Subordinate management:
  • Chief, deputy, team leader, class president
  • Direct responsibility for working-level employees and a medium of connection between general employees and management groups
  • Operational control
